Profile Overview:
Sales Manager will be responsible for attaining a revenue goal from offshore within assigned and new set of accounts. The individual will also identify opportunities for TESCRA's Services and solutions at existing Enterprises where TESCRA is currently in place, as well as opening the door within IT organizations at new customers in the territory. This position may entail onsite travel and possible onsite transfer.
Qualifications
- 3-4 years of selling IT Services
- Ability to make presentations & excellent communication skills
- Aggressive selling approach
- Strong network of relationships with key decision makers in Fortune 2000 companies and ability to leverage these relationships for generating new business for Tescra.
- Leverage current / running customer contacts and be able to generate revenue within first 30 days.
- Experience with Lead generation, responding to RFP’s / bids and sales closure
- Strong exposure on handling US and Europe markets.
- Track record of managing relationships with large accounts.
- Must have good understanding of EAI, ERP, and Custom Development and off shoring.
- Excellent Commercial sense
- Perseverant with ability to meet deadlines and targets
- Must have Onsite experience with clients in US and Europe
- Graduates with MBA in Sales and Marketing with an Engineering background, from a reputed institute with good academic record
Essential Responsibilities:
- Develop new business by driving sales in their existing accounts as well as new Accounts
- Developing and executing account plans to achieve targets: cold calling, prospecting, qualification, account mapping and presentations.
- Negotiate and finalize long-term client contracts and create innovative and profitable deal structures.
- Responsible for all aspects of the selling process - Identify, Qualify, Sell, Close and Administer:
Identify
- Use existing contacts and experience to develop target specific accounts within the Territory.
- Generate leads by using networking and other sales tools
Qualify and Sell
- Determine customer business drivers, pain and technology objectives
- Identify key steps to close sale, identify decision maker and influencers, etc.
- Determine budget requirements
- Determine Availability needs and Objectives
- Sell solutions / Services meeting the goals of the customer and TESCRA
Close
- Gain agreement of proposed solution / Services, tying back to customer business drivers
- Negotiate price, terms and conditions.
- Close significant $ sales across multiple Accounts.
Administer
- Ensure receipt of a contract and purchase order
- Manage collection of accounts receivables
- Accurate Forecasting of business
- Leverage current / running customer contacts and be able to generate revenue within first 30 days.
- Effectively utilize Sales tools for pipeline development, tracking opportunity progress, developing monthly, quarterly, and annual account level forecasts, etc.

- Build forecast for the quarter within first week
- Building pipeline within 2 weeks
- Generate revenue within 30 days

Job Profile:
You will be responsible for performing the duties of a senior technical resource including lead level role (as required) for Siebel projects (application maintenance, high availability 2nd & 3rd line technical support, development etc.). The right candidate will have the business and technical acumen, and the ability to work directly with clients and overseas colleagues. The position offers a varied and fast paced environment and the experience of working on CRM projects for blue-chip clients worldwide.
Qualifications (3-6 yrs of relevant experience)
- Oracle Siebel 7.x/8.X in more then one of the following areas: CRM, Call Center, DMS, Trouble Ticket, Configuration, Scripting, Server Administration is a prerequisite (specifically extensive experience with Siebel CRM and Call Center);
- Exposure working in an AIX environment will be a strong plus;
- Experience with Telecom providers will be a plus
- Familiarity with relational databases, experience with data extract and transformation techniques;
- Strong experience and skills in the technical analysis of problems, ability to troubleshoot, and develop appropriate solutions;
- Experience writing Technical Analysis and Design Documents. Exposure to large, complex distributed environments will be preferred;
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree from a well recognized college/ university
Other Requirements:
- Excellent English written and spoken skills and the ability to work in a distributed team environment;
- You must have demonstrated stability in prior employment tenures. Candidates who have changed jobs frequently in recent years are generally ineligible to join the team;
- Must be able and willing to travel onsite to any part of the world at short notice.
