Profile Overview:
Sales Director will be responsible for attaining a revenue goal within assigned and new set of accounts. The individual uses knowledge of the industry and an extensive rolodex of Mid-to-large Enterprise account contacts at all levels to strategically sell TESCRA's range of Services and Solutions within the Assigned Region. The individual will also identify opportunities for TESCRA's Services and solutions at existing Enterprises where TESCRA is currently in place, as well as opening the door within IT organizations at new customers in the territory. This position may entail as much as 50% - 75% travel.
Qualifications :
8 – 10 Plus years sales experience
Strong oral and written communication skills
Proven experience in creating opportunities in Fortune 2000 customers, selling primarily to IT executives
Exceeding sales targets consistently and developing substantial large accounts with repeatable sales
Strong list of current, running relationships with enterprise CXO-level contacts and Sr. IT Executives
Effective prospecting and networking to qualify opportunities and develop relationships in accounts
Ability to handle multiple tasks and switch priorities effectively
Ability to work effectively with a team of Sale Manager, Accounts Executives, Marketing team , etc
Must be able to manage multiple customers and prospects simultaneously across a broad geographic territory
Master’s degree or equivalent
Essential Responsibilities :
- Achieve assigned financial goals by driving sales in their existing accounts as well as new Accounts
- Work closely with Account Managers and Responsible for developing an account plan and executing plans to achieve goals, including prospecting, qualification, account mapping of key contacts for executive level engagement and presentations.
- Responsible for all aspects of the selling process - Identify, Qualify, Sell, Close and Administer :
Identify
- Use existing contacts and experience to develop target specific accounts within the Territory.
- Follow up on leads provided through Marketing and Inside Sales
- Leverage existing TESCRA customer base to position TESCRA for incremental opportunities
Qualify and Sell
- Determine customer business drivers, pain and technology objectives
- Identify key steps to close sale, identify decision maker and influencers, etc.
- Determine budget requirements
- Determine Availability needs and Objectives
- Sell solutions / Services meeting the goals of the customer and TESCRA
- Coordinate appropriate internal resources
Close
- Gain agreement of proposed solution / Services, tying back to customer business drivers
- Negotiate price, terms and conditions.
- Close significant $ sales across multiple Accounts.
Administer
- Ensure receipt of a contract and purchase order
- Manage collection of accounts receivables
- Accurate Forecasting of business
- Leverage current / running customer contacts and be able to generate revenue within first 30 days.
- Effectively utilize Sales tools for pipeline development, tracking opportunity progress, developing monthly, quarterly, and annual account level forecasts, etc.

- Build forecast for the quarter within first week
- Building pipeline within 2 weeks
- Generate revenue within 30 days

The Senior Tibco Engineer will be responsible for the following:
- Working with the EAI team in developing, configuring and implementing integration solutions in highly available enterprise systems.

- Designing robust, scalable and reliable integrations.
- Creating and maintaining appropriate system and functional level documentation. Required
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of computer science and system architecture.
- 2+ years of experience with Tibco BusinessWorks and Hawk products.
- Proficiency in configuring, installing, fine-tuning the products.
- Knowledge of Java and C++ API's.
- Knowledge of Tibco InConcert will be a great added advantage.
- Experience in Tibco administration and configuration.
- Expert knowledge of Tibco SAP, Infranet and DB adapters.
- Experience with Tibco's JMS server and JMS APIs.
- Experience with BPM process analysis, design and implementation.
- Tibco Certification will be an added advantage.
- Strong Knowledge of Java, J2EE.
- Experience with implementing large scale EAI systems.
- Experience with architecting large scale highly available (24/7) EAI systems with Tibco
- Experience with SAP or any other ERP system a plus.

Role:
Primary customer interface, responsible for delivering state-of-the-art solutions in the areas of application integration, Internet and e-commerce. Must have the ability to work with customers to identify requirements, provide technical leadership, and must have the technical foresight needed to design and develop cost effective solutions that meet functional and performance requirements. Successful candidates must have demonstrated ability to manage technical projects, control cost, deliver on schedule and manage customer expectations. Must be willing to travel and enjoy working with customers. Must be cable of building a team and coordinating multiple teams to complete several integrated applications. Position requires a thorough understanding of Message Oriented Middleware and Enterprise Application Integration.
Candidate must have demonstrated experience managing integration projects.
Job Requirements:
- 10-12 years experience as Software Project and Program Management. MS Computer Science or equivalent.
- 3+ years of TIBCO /EAI experience on the entire product range as a project manager
- Experience with developing multi-threaded and event-driven systems design and message-oriented middleware e.g. TIBCO Product suite, IBM MQSI, Vitria, BEA Tuxedo/Q, WLI, and be able to mentor others in tool usage
- A good customer presence, excellent verbal and written communication skills and be a self-starter
- PMI certified and/or have experience with a PM methodology. Additionally should be familiar with delivery methodologies, either standard or company devised.
- Strong project management skills.(able to prepare and manage detail project plans and timelines) with a proven track record of successfully completing projects and meeting deadlines (Should be able to work with Visio, MS Project & Power Point & must have excellent documentation skills).
- Must have proposal development skills. Must have the ability to scope work to be accomplished.
- Proven hands-on experience with requirements definition & analysis, use case analysis, A firm understanding of UML & Rational Rose will be a great advantage.
- Experience mapping business requirements to technology capabilities, identifying gaps and omissions and designing end-to-end solutions.
- Must have multi-tasking capabilities: You should be able to juggle multiple projects with varying levels of demands on your time.
- Able to quickly confer with and advise subordinates on technical problems, prioritize issues and implement best practices.
- Experience in managing cost, schedule, and technical aspects of the project. Must have the ability to identify and mitigate areas of risk.
- Experience implementing medium- to large-scale distributed applications in production and excellent understanding of the issues involved.
- Able to interact in a team environment
Must have skills:
- Prior experience in a Professional Services organization. Familiarity with web servers, application servers, ASP/JSP and Servlets.
