The TESCRA Operations Console for TIBCO addresses the need for a single, simple monitoring and Operations Console that can provide comprehensive, real-time reports on the performance of all the TIBCO applications running in the enterprise.
The TESCRA Operations Console is a TIBCO-based application with a web based interface that allows the users to configure and view various reports. These reports range from workflow activity, to BW performance to adapter and messaging performance meters. The reports can be configured to be scheduled ad delivered in pre-defined formats and at specific times. This takes the burden of regular report general away from development teams, yet keeping them up to date on various parameters.

The TESCRA Operations Console provides a flexible, easy-to-use report configurator that allows the administrators to configure reports for various user groups. The reports are viewed via a web interface allowing the users the flexibility of obtaining real-time reports on-the-go, from any web enabled location. The TESCRA Operations Console comprises of several key components that make real-time, customized reporting possible and easy to deliver. These include :
Rule Engine
The Rule Engine is the heart of the system. The Rule Engine understands pre-defined reporting rules and generates and delivers appropriate reports by extracting performance data from various sources. Rules are presented to the rule engine in the form of XML data.
Reports / Rule Repository
The Reports / Rule repository stores report configuration, security parameters and other report rules.
Rule Management Interface
This is a part of the configurator interface that allows the users to configure the reporting rules and stores into Rule Repository. The Rule definitions are stored in XML formats. Rules can be dynamically added, modified or deleted.
Reports Management
The Reports Management Interface allows the users to configure reports including report formats, titles, report types, etc. The configuration is stored in XML format in the Report Repository
Report Viewer
A web based interface that allows the users to view the different reports available to them. These reports may be stored for future reference. List of features should be supported
